“Therapy can empower you to become more aware of your thoughts, emotions, values, and strengths. Armed with that knowledge, we can work together to help you make the changes in your life that are most important to you.”

I'm a clinical psychologist who has specialized in working with college students and young adults for the past five years. I often work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and trauma. As a member of the queer community, I also enjoy working with LGBTQ+ adults coming in with a variety of concerns, including internalized homophobia, coming out, religious trauma, and transitioning.

I currently provide telehealth services to clients located in New York and Kansas. I accept private-pay clients and Aetna and Cigna insurance plans. I'm typically available for appointments and consultations from 12:00–3:00 PM EST and 5:00–8:30 EST on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Please feel free to send me a message with any questions or to set up a free 15-minute consultation. Looking forward to meeting you!
